1:22 - Pay attention to the AI driver in the Mazda RX-vision achieving a beautiful pass on the outside of the hairpin. Let's talk about trees. There are thousands and thousands of trees, and yet all the leaves are...green. not shadows of green. Not greenish...not yellow/green/red. No. Billions of leaves, made in 1 single freakin green color. I bet I can open a screen shot in photoshop, pick the selection tool, with a tolerance of 0, click on one leave/pixel, and the entire screen (the trees part) will be selected ! The same, unique, shade of green, used everywhere. The guy who created the tree textures, couldn't he use slight different green shades ? And if the game is using some tree creation plugin, there must be some options, to make the colors vary slightly, to avoid repetition! Because in the real nature, there isn't just ONE green shade for billions and billions of leaves. How much more memory would it take, from the ~10GB available on the ps5 ? Since it was in GT Sport I'm 100% sure it's also gonna be in GT7! :P
I love Gran Turismo so much! I’m actually really hype for this! But I don’t need to see GT Sport’s hud tbh.
Love the new and improved tyres sounds scrubbing across the tarmac.
Is that sarcasm?
Umm I was about to say that GT sounds awful as it always did. So flat...
@@MicInc87 No c'mon it isn't thaaat bad?
@@MicInc87 He’s not exaggerating moron. He’s talking about the sound of the tires losing stability which is feedback. We don’t even know exactly what car was being driven so how do you know it sounds bad?
@@MicInc87i have asseto corsa and project cars, and gt sport sounds way more realistic and gt7 is now even better
The shadows cast by the trees in the tunnel at 1:13 looks amazing!
But what makes it even nicer is the ceiling reflects the light bounce coming from the wall on the rightside. It's such a neat details that adds to the realism graphics-wise!
@@GuyWhoLikesTheSnarkies1435 I noticed that, hopefully its SSR so you can see cars taillights reflecting on it at night.
This might look paranoid... but in 2022, on a system with +10GB of video memory like the ps5, I expect the trees and leaves to look like the real thing.
@@only4posting it's a tree your going to be driving 150mph down a straight away are you really going to notice the tree. And I'd probably say most of the time was spent on the engine and the car models not a tree
I saw that also! 🔥🔥
Man the lighting still look awesome
What is the difference between GT7 anc GTS? Only graphics a little bit better? Same HUD, same sounds etc?
Looks much improved to me in terms of visuals, physics and AI, especially cockpit view. UI is the same though.
Also this is the full Gran Turismo experience rather than online only.
@@champion1642 What’s improved with AI? Physics and visuals indeed improved. But is it me, or also the speed feeling?
On one hand, I'm happy DF is back. On the other, I was expecting to see some wind effect on trees for GT7. They still look static.
Would be nice but it's not like you're looking at the trees when racing
i am happy the trees don't pop in atleast, but yeah some movement would be nice
@@DesmoPilot2 yeah, let's play on psq gt1
.. graphics don't matter for immersion, right?
@@Lineage2ErtheiaPvP psq gt1? Wanna try that again in English?
@@DesmoPilot2 pretty sure he meant PS1 GT1, but I wouldn’t engage if I were you. Probably an Xbot. That said, as a longtime Gran Turismo fan myself I must express disappointment with the visuals here. Car models look nice but foliage looks poor. If this is the PS4 version shown, that’s alright, but this doesn’t cut it for PS5. Even Ghost of Tsushima’s upgrade has infinitely better foliage than what’s shown here.
Glad to see Deep Forest in GT7. I hope we can get midfield, apricot hill & el capitan aswell.
Midfield and Apricot got confirmed. Hopefully El Capitan is in the game.
Grand Valley too !
@@Melbester9 Midfield confirmed ?!
@@Melbester9 Where did midfield get confirmed?
@@Owen_plays_music1049 Grand Valley, Midfield and Apricot got revealed from the teaser trailers.
Looks very slick, very pretty. I'm an xbox guy but the way PD do their business is to be admired.
Y'all will have a great racer on your console ladies and gents, enjoy it! Looking forward to what T10 can do on our side too
I’m in xbox too and i think it looks great but i think the sense of speed is very bad, going at 200km/h and looks so slow
This right here is what gaming community should be all about. Love on both sides
@@femiairboy94 I'm happy to doff my cap to deserving things
Wow, can’t wait
I still think the PS1 Deep Forest is the best with it's post apocalyptic sunsets and giant dark trees
@@RagingUtai i’m sure there’s different settings/times
Yeah, going out that tunnel into the tree canopy always looked amazing. Real glad they brought this track back though, it's a classic.
This game better have motion steering again. Makes the game so much more immersive when using a controller. Just toss on that motion steering like in GT sport it's phenomenal.
@O N I don't know why all the Forza fanboys are suddenly invading this comment section, Gran Turismo is the far better game lol
@O N It would be nice if you corporate slaves stopped trying to shove your love for Xbox down people’s throats. GT7 is a simcade that has produced professional racers. Forza is purely arcade. Two different target markets.
@O N They aren't even comparable. The Horizon series and the GT series are developed with completely different gaming experiences in mind.
@@tomasfabianserrut466 has only doing what PS fans does best. Endless posts about Xbox.
Forza Motorsport 8 will be the competitor to GT7 not Horizon
The return of my favorite drift track. I can't wait!
My life is completed after seeing this
No pop ins! Everything is smooth in this gameplay in 4k 60 fps! I can't wait to play it!
1 pop in caught my eye so I had to rewind just to make sure (o0).. 1:28 next to the crane thingy. Otherwise, the game looks amazing and looking forward to playing!
@@dbellamy6694 really?! Let me check it again
@@dbellamy6694 What popped in?
Actually there's plenty of pop ins with the trees and shadows I saw it more than once oh and also the npc detail pops in as well I'm watching it on a 4k 85inch tv so those little details are more noticeable.
@@dood1234DOOD It's like around 1:30-1:31 below the crane. It looks like a shadow pop in or texture streaming in. It's very minor, if Bellamy didn't mention I probably wouldn't have caught it myself.
The Gran Turismo series has always brought realism to gaming. It certainly came a long way.
Realism?🤔🤔
For a console game yh its decent
ACC and iracing much better SIM
I love the GT series but boy do i wish we had a game like Forza Horizon for Ps4
Wow this a game changer cant wait for this!
One thing that i believe made the original so popular was the ability to get a normal car and upgrade the heck out of it to race specs plus paint job. I lost interest after this feature was removed. Be nice if they'd bring it back.
Awesome graphics, sound and tracks though!!
This is why the Forza series became so popular.
Cockpit view was already decently improved in GT Sport (over GT5 and 6), but it still felt a bit too stiff. This is an excellent move in the right direction.
Am I the only one impressed with this persons driving? So neat and calm. No contact what so ever. They're also on sports hards, clearly our host is experienced, they are throttle controling like anabsolute don!
Or it's just an AI demo
Smooth driving besides tapping the rev limiter multiple times.

I haven't picked up a Gran Turismo since 3... might be time to get back into it.
Definitely! :D
My last gt was 2! So hyped for this :)
Do it. Use the sixaxis motion controls built in to controller and you'll love it.
Can't believe you didn't played gran turismo 4 my man, it's gran turismo on its peak, let's see if 7 will finally be a even better game.
@@TrollingChris It will! ;)
初代からのコースの復活は大歓迎!!
最終セクション改良されている!
Another thing I noticed here was how much better interior shadows are. In GT Sport they were oftentimes on the really “soft” side, sometimes not really even noticeable. In this clip, they are really sharp and detailed making the shadows more distinctive. They look really freaking nice. Awesome improvement there.
Driving experience feels alive
Hope this is a beta because Im seeing lots of graphical issues.
Yep frame stutters
Three months before release….
Finally you can feel the speed!
If you want to feel the speed you should play GT1 in Arcade mode 😁
The most satisfying course to link the entire track too
Can't see any graphical difference to GTS, I was hoping for dynamic trees and better hand animations. Well at least we'll get dynamic day/night cycle
Then you must be blind or watching on a phone. This looks and sounds noticeably better than GTS on my PS5.
The surrounding sound and the shaking camera is a treat
The car he drives is a Lamborghini murcielago 😍😍
