Shiro went through so much, he's sick but put Keith and Voltron first. Lance always felt belittled and useless , but never gave up. Everyone has been through so much.
Thanks for the info, but I felt this song fit better for pidge, Keith and Allura. Adding everyone in would take away from the three stories I was telling. And at the time there were only 3-4 seasons out so I didn’t have much to work with the others.
1:22 - 1:28 I love how when it says "I'm only human" it shows Keith struggling with his humanity and galra side. And when it says "Crash and I break down" it shows Pidge on the verge of a mental breakdown at Matt's grave.
Allura its a alien but have a heart human. Keith it alien but have feelins too. Pigde try everything just for protect and find her family. I cry because of this reasons.

I get that Keith isn’t full human or Allura isn’t even human, but human in this case doesn’t refer to the species, it’s meaning to feel human like having feelings and emotions. Pidge, Allura, and Keith are three that tend to hide their real feelings so this is them showing those human emotions.
