Hey Guys! Wow. Houses in Korea are so weirdly layed out. Being a New Yorker my Condo is a one bedroom but it is so much more roomier than those in Korea. The modern finishes in those are nice but the closet space is not good. Now, I liked number three the best personally. I wish ya'll much success in your search. Is Sora really pregnant? Awesome!!! You guys are my favs!!!!💯🤍
Do you have recommendations for an English speaking real estate agent. I’ve been trying to find one via online searches but haven’t been able to find any.
Thank you! Can you do a video speaking about buying property in korea as a foreigner (Pros and Cons)? I am thinking of buying property in KR as as someone who lives in the U.S.
That actually might be a smart play Take the oha's save your money and then just use it to start renovating. That's what I would do If i was in y'all Shoes
house 3 was the winner! you should definitely choose that one
Number 3 is good too!

Number 3 looks so good!
🤔🤔🤔🤔 Number 3?

I think number 2
Number 2? Why so you like it?
@@brandonandsora pound for pound due to it's size and location I think it's the best choice.

Plus I don't think it would cause too much to probably add a bathroom, it shouldn't anyway
Renovating isn’t a bad idea!
@@brandonandsora The only reason I said it because I know y'all trying to also get married
How much would it cost to put a toilet 🚽 in the laundry room of this house. That seems like the cheaper solution
Any issues with being a foreigner? I know sometimes people can be weird about renting to foreigners.
As long as you have a korean ID thre is no major problem (when renting)
House #4
That is a good choice!
Its all apartments ... And quite apart from a .... House ....
Majority of housing in South Korea are apartments.
Cheaper solution
Cheaper is always best!
