    More exciting than "This Old House". I am glad you are videoing this. Someday you will look back and say you can't believe you did all of the that, as details disappear from our memories. Nice Job Sean. Looking forward to more, but don't over do it. Have a GREAT day!

    I remember remodeling a hotel quite a few years back. it had 50+ rooms. I found the best way and the cheapest way to remove those old cast iron tubs is with a nice 20 lb sledge hammer. Guess you don't have to worry about that since it's only one tub. But next time try a sledge hammer 😉

    I work at Bath Fitter. The easiest way to remove the tub it to cut the skirt off, run a jigsaw around the top rail and remove the top. Then pour hot water down in between the liner and the tub to free up the butyl adhesive. We rip em out and replace them that way in about 6 hours 🤷 it's funny watching people fight em though I will say. They're not meant to come out easily if done properly.
