Out of the 4 newer projects in this part of Bukit Jelutong i.e. Renai, Radia, Suria Residence & Suria Jelutong, I think Suria Residence is the best, no weird corner or huge beams and column. Unfortunately Sime Darby & UEM Sunrise cancelled the original plan to build a retail mall with a resemblance to Las Rambles in Barcelona in front of Radia & turn it into football field. Looking how successful the Lakeside mall of Elmina currently, not sure if the residents there especially those Datuk²& TanSri² staying in bungalows are still object to building of more high-rise here in the future.
