Hi and thank you for your kind words! ❤️ After some time off I try to normalise my regime and avoid doing things that could lead to active procrastination, for example, binge watching a TV series (like I’m doing right now 🙈). I like to braindump all of my thoughts on paper or reorganise/declutter things to help me fell more put together, which automatically puts me back into the work mode. To be honest, I struggle with being productive on Mondays because for multiple years it has been my day off (instead of Saturday). A trick which I’ve lately been using to avoid procrastination is a five minute rule, where you start doing the thing which you have been avoiding but set a goal to do it only for five minutes. If you want to stop afterwards, you can switch to a different activity (in my mind doing something small is better than doing nothing). In most cases, however, after the first five minutes are up, I’m very likely to continue doing the thing since starting something is usually the hardest part

I find using Skype even worse than a phone call, you'd think it would be the exact opposite, i prefer to hide behind a text message, i think most people do.....your laid back demeanor works.
