I practice everyday for 2 years, and i get scared everytime i play so i don't play good, soccer is the only thing i want to succeed in i love it and i live it, can you please help me?

Hey dylan, i feel like i am a pretty good soccer player and i have above average passing, shooting, dribbiling etc. but whenever i step on the pitch i kinda forget everything and don't play to my full potential. Any tips?
I have the exact same problem I'm the best player on my Team I can play anywhere on the pitch but it just seems to leave me when the match starts.
Make a list of all the things you want to do when you're on the field. Review that list before you play. Then review the list after you play. Did you do those things? If you didn't that's your own fault. Try to do things differently to get the results you want.

In my secondary (I don't know what it's called in America I was 15)as a defender, I used to go past 5-6 players without trouble I felt no pressure no noin as I used to play for fun but they in college (I'm 16 atm) I always struggle in our college games in mid. ProgressiveSoccer No, thanks to you for your awesome work ! I purchased the "Play Like a Pro" program a little while ago and I've used some ideas and all but I still wasn't sure of how to actually train on my own, did some drills and exercises that i thought were necessary and I wasn't wrong I did improve some areas but every time I went out I wasn't sure of what exactly I was going to do that day. That is my biggest problem

Hey Dylan, i want to tell you my side of the story. I play as right back for my team. We had a match today but that was one of my worst performances ever. I was so pissed off at the winger, he always would get past me. Sometimes i would stumble. That day i left my match very dissapointed. If you got any advice i would really appreciate it. Keep up the great content! Thanks
You can either cry about it or train to remove the problem. Review what happened and focus on improving your weaknesses. It sounds like you need to work on your defending, positioning, and speed. Train hard all week with the intention of performing better and your next match. If you actually put in the work and stay positive you will get the results.
Respectfully, there is a very good 5 minute video here, trapped in 13+ minutes. Consider editing or re-shooting to be more succinct and clear.

I do well at training but when I get to matches I play like a 2 year old(sometimes I play like a pro but usually 2 year old) I usually have like 5 minutes every match because of consistency
And when I am over confident I hog the ball and loose it to let the opposing team on the counter attack and score and it is all my fault

hello im 15 year old when i play with my team i don't feel confidance and I'm not playing good but when i play with my friends I'm playing super and also with friends bigger then me like 19 to 26 years old what the satuation
Mundher Alshukairi you just have to make yourself comfortable by spending much time with them not in pitch or ground.., go to lunch with them,add them on social media and try to say some jokes and make them laughs... And MORE IMPORTANT THING IN SOCCER IS TO BE SELFISH SOMETIMES ONLY IN MATCH...
If you can do it when you are with friends, you can defenitely do it with others or strangers. Your technique, mental toughness etc. didn't change!

This is a great idea for a video. I will make one in the near future. In the meantime bravery comes from within. You have bravery inside of yourself you just not using it. Try to be more fearless when you go for the ball. Focus on the ball and don't you afraid to knock a few guys to get there.
Thanks Dylan :) I have a game tomorrow & will try my very best to be as brave as a can. I sometimes find siking myself up can really get me going for a game but I don't do it too much. Would you suggest I do that all the time to help me before a game?
What u mentioned are not methods of mental training! the are only some advices from personal experiences .... we want to hear methods of mental training! how to train your braine? ur mental strength? plz mention a practical example like an excersise or sortof ... common man! specially for soccer players!
