Great interview. I saw him and nedbank team running in umhlanga the day before the race. He was so cool. Took a pic with a friend of mine. Race was awesome. I DId 7:59:03. Had to pull a nick bester( push it to the limit with pain baby)the last 4K to get under 8. Hope to see you back out there in a few years.
