      @@masterdentaltechnician1914 respected sir I want to know how to make a customised multiunit abutment as some implant systems have maximum 25 degree angulation for multi units so is there any way we can make we make our own multiunit abutments

      @@antarikshadod2627 you can increase the screw angle maximum for every MUA in the library XML file itself. Change 25 to 30 or more. The only issue you might have then is that your milling machine cannot mill that angle anymore.

    Hi, it’s pretty nice.
    But how you structure your fee? Do you charge for those try-in to dentists or free? I feel milling PMMA and using those resin is costly.

    • @masterdentaltechnician1914
      @masterdentaltechnician1914  2 дні тому +1

      For patients requiring a long-term PMMA solution, this is an excellent option as it provides an aesthetic prosthesis from the outset. Cost structures vary between labs-some charge separately for the PMMA, while others include it in a bundled package with the final restoration. Milling PMMA is always the preferred method for optimal accuracy.

      @@masterdentaltechnician1914 Thanks for your reply. How would you do with “just try-in” before the long-term PMMA? I assume sometimes we need to modify a few times until doctor approve the aesthetic and bite. Do you still use the same material for those ?

      @@ThePineVideos if the patient still has teeth I recorded that bite before the teeth are extracted. If the patient has a denture I do a wash impression and scan that. Always take photos and do a virtual smile design. Your bite and aesthetics will be ok.

    "Hi I've learned a lot from your videos, thank you! Is there a method in exocad for drawing subgingival margins on intraoral scanned files that allows for removing soft tissue on the buccal and lingual sides? I want to achieve a result similar to margin scraping on stone models, without using freeform modeling. Any advice?"
