ZIMBABWE should be no 1. It has the most educated black population in sub Saharan Africa. Over 76 percentage of the population has tertiary level of education and speak English fluently whereas here in kenya 40 percent speak fluent Swahili and 20 percent speak fluent English.

What a comparison? Is that research valid? Mugabe and Museveni? Do you know how many tribes are in Uganda? 56 tribes. Meaning, if one tribes has difficulty in pronunciation of English sounds doesn't mean all tribes in that country speak the same way. Let's be informed.
