Green Tax was Introduced in Oct 2010 so if The Vehicle Passing (Registration) is lapsed from before this period has to pay the green tax from 0ct 2010 till date. The Green Tax validity is for 5 years each costing Rs. 2000/- fee + Penalty of Rs. 2000/- which costs total Rs.4000/-(For 5 years Period). For Registration penalty the penalty has started from April 2022 so if your Passing has lapsed from or before of April 2022 you need to pay Rs. 300/- fine per month till the current Month.

Tax khud se bhara sakte. Main abhi environment tax khud se bara. Of course repassising ke liye bike RTO leke Jaana padta tab agent lagta.. only for repassising ke liye agent lagta . Rest of penalty or tax we can fill online

5:30 Brother when your Registration is Not valid or yet approved after Fc collapsed you are not allowed to take out the Vehicle on road as per MV ACT 1988. Once you get updated Details of Approval of Vehicle Re-Registration you can definitely use the vehicle on road. Pls dont take as a hate just wanted to clear the problem.
