So clutches last longer MMT or average Manual driver. I have 190000kms car with Actuator problem. Wondering if also needs a clutch. I have no trouble codes but intermittent drive flashing N. Reverse hard get.
Better to change the clitch too.
What software do you use (or any I can buy for a laptop) for setting actuator positions etc? I’m upgrading and want that function.
Buy "mini vci" cable it coming with soft - techstream - that is original toyota lexus soft.

Hi Vak, I have P0920 on Yaris 1.4 mmt d4d. It should be the forward gear actuator.
By diagnosis I see shift lever switch signal4 to gnd as well shift lever check signal3 same. All others are open.
Could it is a sensor problem? Regards

@vak_service I have a 1l aygo with mmt gearbox multiple times at low speed it has locked in neutral and now has done it while going 50 mph and wouldn't select a gear after 2 days it now works again

Just choose toyota aygo 2015 with mmt.

I have the N flashing, after i stop and turn off the car it works. It does not happen a lot. Is a rebuild of the actuator in order or is it the sensor. I see no codes. It is a Yaris 2007 1.4 Diesel. Where is the actuator located, because the engine looks not like in your video. The battery is in the back instead of the front.

It mean step2 - you doing some repair on gearbox or clutch.
