Its actually nice to see the legacy of older grps live on actually. I am only a k-pop fan for 5 yrs so it took me some digging to reach till 2nd gen artists and older ones . So artist like jungkook mentioning an older song may seem insignificant but it introduces a whole new set of fans to older music and films that they wouldn't otherwise know. So in a way 2 nd gen and other older artist legacy live live through the newer generation.
I'm an army, liked the jungkook version of Mirotic. So many idols covered Mirotic But no one can be better than the Mirotic Kings (ot5) themselves i.e. TVXQ.

If BTS sing this song, the high note Changmin did will be better to sing by Jimin BUT in his really stable voice. Cause Jimin will sing it in chest voice. Though he has so much cracked live voice, he sometimes hits high note correctly like in Magic shop. Jungkook voice is so stable but this high note is not suitable for his head voice which is too soft. But still, no one can replace Changmin. The best result idol ever sang this notes are just Baekhyun Exo and Ki hyun Monsta X.
Respectfully saying, this highnote cannot be done in chest voice, even for Jimin. The originial wasn't in chest voice. It's done in mixed or head voice (Baekhyung did it in head voice) Highnotes in chest voice is almost impossible, even for a male. If it's possible, then it's EMORMOUS amount of strain you would have to exert and that could result in serious vocal damage. Jimin can do the high note but it's either mixed or head voice. Jin is also a next candidate capable of doing the highnote. He would most likely belt the note

It's done in mixed or head voice (Baekhyung did it in head voice) Highnotes in chest voice is almost impossible, even for a male. If it's possible, then it's EMORMOUS amount of strain you would have to exert and that could result in serious vocal damage. Jimin can do the high note but it's either mixed or head voice. Jin is also a next candidate capable of doing the highnote. He would most likely belt the note
