We are in an age where it’s actually very tedious to interact with the now very-advanced and helpful AI assistants, particularly when engaged in an actual hands-on task as a human, and you run into an issue that needs external assistance- the last thing you want to to do while engaged in the moment of a problem, is drop what your doing to Google or ask gpt what the next steps would be. The genuine reason why I will buy these and they will likely be a game changer, is because it brings about an actualized-level of singularity between humans and the best recent developments in Ai. AI assistance has peaked with GPT’s recent iOS App update- but, until now, it still wasn’t over our shoulders. 👓
After all the updates the version 1's are finally ready for the masses. At launch I was disappointed but now I use them all the time. Gen 1 will record 30sec videos but Gen 2 will record up to a minute. I'm definitely considering upgrading.

That is quite a leap from gen 1. If they’re able to achieve this much in a year then I’m waiting for gen 3 to get new ones. Hopefully by then we’ll be able to record for 1 hour straight 😊
You won't be able to record for an hour straight because of the size of the battery unfortunately..like unless they make the frames bulkier to add a bigger battery I don't know

What's more, you can look at me with them on and I'll give you $100 if you guess when l'm taking photos or videos of you. I am doing some things to get a superior prototype and launch them on the market through crowdfunding, but I am going slowly since I have never launched any other product. The control system using cephalic-facial gestures can be incorporated into any glasses, including Ray-Ban | Goal. The sensors that I incorporate are 3 and they do not consume any additional energy to function, in addition, I also made a system for them to charge them while you use them without it being noticed and it has turned out as I expected. The glasses still look identical, you don't notice anything additional when you wear them.

Does it have software video stabilization like GoPros...? I think that it's necessary for watchable videos on the go, especially since I'm going to get this for cycling and hiking mainly. It would be great to record some rides or listen to audio without covering your ears for safety. I can see this being great at concerts, so you don't have to hold a phone or watch the screen, but needs to be good in low light for that to work. The transitions model costs the most, but seems worth it to be able to use it in situations where you don't want shades, i.e. indoors and on cloudy days. How cool would it be if they sponsored a Tour de France team so we can get FPV! and Happy they partnered with Ray-ban, as the Wayfarers are classic and look good on most face types, and they don't even cost that much more than regular Wayfarers.
If they let it shoot horizontal for gen 3 and if they put in a micro sd card slot. Ill get them. They need a square sensor like gopro and let you pick your framing before and after your shot. I would also like up to 3mins clip.

They look really good and Meta seem to have improved everything from Gen 1. The charge case looks great! Two points stand out to me though: 1. They seem to have focused too much on the Facebook use cases rather than just making the best smart glasses and then working out how FB can make use of the glasses. 2. I’ve watched a few of these video reviews. None of the reviews were filmed using the glasses…
The LED is inside the camera or the LED camouflage as a camera and only use one camera? I have the old version and it only use one camera. TBH the LED is creepy AF I rather not have it at all

30 mins is too short and they need to be able to display a chat feed and connect to popular live streaming apps so people and see what you see, they show you what chat is saying and you can respond. Tech aint where it needs to be yet, its a cool thing but function is lagging.
It is worth it if they have feature to the people who have stigmatism i hope so since i’m one of it. I wish soon they release the glasses with graded lenses
I'd be grateful to find out whether or not the mic and speakers would be up to the task of being used while riding a motorcycle? I would buy these just for the ability to have sunglasses on and be able to take calls or hear text messages clearly and respond while out riding! On top of that, would be nice to capture nice views from my POV.
I remember when they used to punch people wearing Google Glass. I hate people that secretly record their interactions with you. It is legal, but so is a lot of other immoral bad stuff.

Limiting to only 60 seconds is crazy. Content creators are recording much longer than that. Should of been at least 2.5 minutes at a time
