- So, today's card falls into the same category as the Waterfall card - as in, it was a nightmare to make!!! I think it might be easier the next time I make it (if there is a next time!!) as I think I've made all the mistakes there are to make already!
It's quite similar in a lot of ways to the Hexagonal Pop-Up Box Card that I made a few years ago, but with a platform on the top instead of being open. Hopefully you'll have more luck making it than I did!

This is the card style I am going to use for my grandsons birthday. He is bonkers for dinosaurs. I am thinking T Rex amidst jungle plants with small dino’s around the bottom.

I was going to say how much easier this looks than fiddling about with elastic bands like we used to with this card, then you got to the tab bit lol. The template for this is a breeze to make if you have brother canvas. I simply adored what you did with your peel offs I'm off yo find my enormous stash of them lol.

what a fantastic tutorial. it would be great if you could just pop the measurments for the cutting and the scoring in cm in the description as i like many people can't figure out inches, thank you for the video

I do want to try it, but I'll probably have to check, double check and triple check how these outer T pieces need to be attached. I'm a dunce when it comes to getting a more complicated mechanism to work. But this is so lovely for those very special occasions.

Wow this has solved the issue I was having with Ann’s version ( that’s not a reflection on Ann at all as she was blooming fab to get the basics of this sorted so well !) however I was finding the T struts were floppy and not very pop up ... now you have resolved this for me
A huge thank-you as I love being able to make interesting pop up cards but not willing to pay for the expensive dies to do so ( not that I can afford to even if I anted to lol!)

There are to many place it is dog eat dog but really does seem in the crafters do value and follow the mantra - be kind and shows how fab things can be if we all try to build up others not rip them down.

How did you make the lovely pearlized flowes for your card
I stuck flower peel offs onto pearlised card and then cut around the outside of the peel offs.
I found confusing the way you did it when you added the tabs since you were doing and undoing it 😨

Do you know if there's any measurements out there for an A2 size card or A6?
