Why not both Yuu AND Grim ? Grim can do the fighting bit and Yuu can pull the strings and tell grim how to fight. I mean, that lazy crow man told Yuu that they were a ' beast tamer ' Sooooo...IDK ?

Its just that I can never imagine Grim out of all people being the true final boss ( He's just a bit too genuine with his emotions for him to be the final boss lol ) and despite how much I wish that Yuu somehow has some sort of secret magic sealed within them that causes them to accumulate blot and Overblot eventually, it's kinda gonna make the fact that they are THE MAGICLESS student that not only managed to get into NRC but also survive 7 overblots while saving many people pointless :P Yuu overblotting is quite unlikely however, them finally being done with Birdman's dumb shit and losing it is quite likely. Combine that with their rambunctious partners unusual habit of eating random black rocks on the ground that manifest out of thin air after a Overblot and overblotting himself ( twice at that, I think ), they might just somehow get connected to Grim's phantom somehow and BOOM ! Ya got yerself a Overblot :D But then again, this is just a theory. A GAME THEORY !!! ps : sorry for the huge paragraph :P
