My mental health is shit with lockdowns we lost our day center after 9yrs together there we couldn't fundraise lockdown so shut reopened somewhere else but I miss our memories we made there our wildlife birds squirrells hedgehog foxes Cubs but I guess we are survivors I have hypoxia brain injury died 26minutes spent weeks months in coma rehab hospital learning talk walk again been a recovery massive discovery never ever give up on yourself many will never yourselves keep going doing amazing considering doctors were switching machine off I wroke up lol stay strong stay safe everyone takecare becareful sending luck love from headway Nottingham UK xxx
