Us, the viewers, would like some guidance on safety regarding: - Proper position of the gaming chair - Recommended gaming desk material and dimensions - Safest screen distance, angle, height, resolution, and brightness - Safest gaming keyboard backlighting colour (we've all heard the rumours that some colours actually COOK your brain) - Most effective nutrition for more muscle development in the fingers And of course more, but I think this should be enough to get you started. Thank you so much and bless you.

Whatever Intel said in this vid, its true. I had severe hand pain after playing bedwars for like 3 hours, i even had to take medication. It was cuz of my rapid hand movements cuz i butterfly and i had high sens. i decided to take a break for 2 days and let the pain go away, and it did. Thank you intel for making this vid :)
@@AKAGAMI7133 yeah im not used to it, i usually play 2 hours cuz im asian yk, and my style of butterfly clicking is to like click the mouse hard and fast so it does pain a bit but yeah im fine now ty
Thank you for making a video on this. There is so much misinformation about hand injuries in the pvp community. Some people need to realize that a lot of really bad injuries take decades to form. Thanks for clearing up a lot of misinformation.
I love how you address everything before starting the video so that no one can just start criticizing you LOL amazing video as always, i fr love ur vids, their so well organized, informative, useful and entertaining. Keep up the good work bro :D P.S. intel kinda became a doctor in this video LOL

This is actually really helpful when i tried to learn how to jiter click my hand was really tired (it was also starting to hurt) and i just stopped doing it at all
that was a good precaution to take but that’s a hurtle all jitter clickers have to get over when they start, I don’t think that was necessarily a problem

When i started jitter clicking my whole right arm hurted for a week but after that i can jitter for the whole day without pain, i think it was just building up strength to get used to it
now that i know about the injuries that comes by different hand postures now i can have an endless sessions of candy crush until my battery runs out thanks intel

This video is really well made. You clearly have done your research and also have shown many definitions for people (like me) who didn't understand some stuff. Really well done :)
See every clicking method is harmful if you contract your muscles and try hard to get alot of cps but i have been maining butterfly for years now and have no injuries. The more you practise the easier and more natural the clicking method feels. Everythong with a limit and that is true for clicking too. Great video and good job you did it!
I got carpel tunnel over the summer because of the work I was doing. I spent 8 hours a day using an air powered sander to sand metal down. I've been playing Minecraft pvp for a few years and have NEVER had any problems.
I have personally never experienced anything like this but this can be really helpful to the people that do a lot of gaming whithout breaks (By the way I am loving the commentaries!)
I used to main butterfly clicking and after about 45 - 60 minutes my hand would feel "heavy" and if I tried to butterfly anymore past my limit my hand would spasm and create a claw, with a dull pain in the back of my hand/bones. I realized clicking 24 cps is not worth it and jitter clicking is just as good if not better. It definitely is bad for you over time and so not worth it
Thanks for letting me know, I was wondering I was feeling pain whiling jitter clicking, thanks for letting me know some solutions on preventing the wrist pain!!!

So I simply stop playing for half hour or so and when I start again I play with 1 CPS for some time. It really helps me to relax while grinding for leaderboard :D
