HI! Thank you for watching! I play PES on PC. But you can patch your PS4 version with option file and get licensed teams with real kits and names. You can also create your own custom kits for PS4 using the PES 2021 Kit Creator which is compatible with PES 2021, PES 2020, PES 2019 and PES 2018 on PC and PS4. Your kits will be available for all modes in PES including career mode, kick off, myClub etc. Here's a guide by Konami on how to import kits into PES on the PlayStation 4. Select a base template Adjust colors Add a base design Add extra designs Upload and adjust team and sponsor logos Download the finished texture using the 'Download' button, or by right-clicking it and selecting the 'download image' option. The kit is ready for import to PES 2021 / 2020 / 2019 / 2018 on PC and PS4. If you will edit Chinese League teams from this championship will take part in the Asian AFC Champions League instead of UEFA Champions league or Liga de Campeones CONCACAF. So if you want to create european league edit PES League (it's fake league with fake teams). There are also fake leagues for american and asian regions.

You can't bro, if you want to play in Europe, you must choose club from Europe
Choose editable teams from Europe

You can't edit license kits. If club have no 3rd/4th kit then you can add it and edit. If you want more options - install sider and kitserver

Hi bro! You can edit clubs, kits, and player stats on Xbox via edit mode but you can't import any custom images (kits, badges etc)
