I never had hard toys at my daycare and yeah I did tell parents I'm wasn't allowed to have babies sleep on their stomach even when parents insisted because as soon as something happen those parents are going to forget they told you they gave you permission. I never let a parent talk me into something I wasn't allowed to do because they only have one kid to look after and I had multiple so I ruled on the side of caution.
Amen, as a day care center we have rules and regulations that we have to abide by, first of all that day care worker that left that baby with the 10 year old should be under the jail, that is a no no, you have to watch them at all times!
