I appreciate how you get busy not all the talking doing a upgrade soon on mine was going to upgrade the controls only and stay at 24v, but for a lil more work might as well go to 36 or 48v more power more speed is the goal

so what's the overall plan for the project? are you going to upgrade the motor and battery capacity or just restore back to original state?
It's a habit I got. I allways tighten a little bit first. Then loosen them..
