I agree with this on so many levels. I bought this album when it came out and I loved this song on first listen- AND- loved it more and more each time I played it. It was essentially an immediate great taste and an acquired taste growing more and more better.

Honestly, all of the new songs from her album have been really good. "Alive" gives me a sense of power and some confidence that Sia has kept hidden. "Cheap Thrills" shows the playful side of Sia and in a way tells us that she isn't perfect. Also, I love the dubstep feel to it. This song gives me a sense that she has changed for the better and does not what to go back to her former addictive self. "One million bullets" is by far my favorite but I don't know as to why that is.

This song means a lot to me. During my healing phase from my ex, and a very short time into sobriety I heard this and have never felt that empowering feeling as much as I have with this song and that connection. I listened to it, and still do all the time. I played it on my one year into sobriety and bawled like a baby feeling the most free I ever have in my life.
