Per quintle is catridge only. 2. labor works 9to5 with one hour lunch and 2 tea breaks of 30 minutes each, which 15% lesser then plains 3. Due to high altitude labor got tired so work efficiency is also 15 to 20% lesser. 4. Due to cold area shuttering time is around 30 days for every laintel. So again cost increase. There are many more reasons to which you can't understand in real. So don't speak anything which you can't explain
Delhi NCR mai floor ration 10-25 floor hai aur yahan per catridge add karkar 170% cost aati Hai. Vaise Delhi NCR mai achchey project ke price 12k to 20k psft. Hai. Aapney aap ko update kare.

DP Sir, very nice sharing. I am looking forward to have either Studio or 1 BHK. The only problem is 50+ stairs which is painful for my wife, as she is 65 years and had a knee surgery of both legs. If similar small project with minimum stairs is in your knowledge, kindly share that also. Regards.

Sir you forgotten the Land Development cost, Waters Tank cost, Septic Tank Cost, Waist water drainage cost, Water Harvesting cost and your valuable involvement of staying here or updown cost from your native place. Which will cost you 15-20 Lakh additional.
