i created a solid color, then I activated the mask that is where you change the size of the photo or video that you are using. There I selected the rectangular tool option and made the rectangle that appears in the video. i hope it has helped you. i think i will create a channel dedicated to sony vegas tutorials, and if you want i can make a video explaining better
