If anyone wants context, this is from episode 51 of Pinky and the Brain, Which could be considered the "Very Special Episode" of the series, as it discusses tobacco consumption, And they did not skip on any detail in terms of hanfling the topic.
Long story short, Brain becomes the mascot of the tobacco company they tested on him earlier, and two vital conflicts of the episode revolve Brain getting a tobacco addiction from the experiments, and Pinky concerned about Brain pushing it way too far with this new plan due to the dangers the company could potentially bring, Specially the cigars being smoked by children.

In my country, cigarette TV & radio commercials were still there until the late 2000s.
Here in the UK, cigarette billboard ads ran until shortly into 2003! One brand (don’t remember which one) ran ads saying stuff like “Longer than my newt” and “Longer than 2 fat ladies”, then there were the Lambert & Butler ads where we see a guy and a butler have funny conversations and… that’s all I can remember. The VERY last cigarette billboard I saw was in 2003, which depicted the Lambert and Butler duo blurred, with the butler saying “Looks like we’ve ben outlawed sir”, the then-upcoming ban on billboard advertising of tobacco being mentioned above the usual health warning!

Its a very heavy episode in theming too. It involves a tobacco company testing their products on animals, Brain getting a smoke addiction from said tests, and Pinky concerned about said products being consumed by children.

Smoking is bad
Smoking is pretty stupid when you think about it. Somehow cigar people think this doesn’t apply to them 😂
Except they have a reason to - because it doesn't apply to them. Not just because you don't inhale, but cigars are hand rolled and also don't contain nearly the same amount of chemicals as factory made cigarettes
@@tarman2752 but there are still carcinogens and nicotine. The “not inhaling” argument doesn’t make sense. You still end up breathing in the particles because it spreads into the immediate space. Even second hand smoke is dangerous.
@@tarman2752 Tobacco has carcinogens. Cigars have tobacco (roughly ten times as much as a cigarette, as far as I'm aware). Therefore, cigars contain carcinogens.
Sure, you aren't inhaling it directly into your lungs, but do you really think it doesn't end up there anyway? Your mouth is directly connected to your lungs, and I'm assuming the cigar smoke goes into your mouth (unless you're one of those ear-smokers I've been hearing about).
What does being hand rolled have to do with anything? Because it's the good old fashioned way of doing things? You don't see people going "Buy now - homemade organic atropa belladonna oil! Only $2.99! Rub it in your skin! It doesn't have those yucky chemicals used in factories, either!". Just because a poison is less poisonous than another poison doesn't mean it's not a poison.
Burning tobacco always smells like burning nylon. Don't think cigar smokers smell good because their burning nylon has a hint of chocolate or walnut.
Smoking anything, be it a cigarette, a vape pen, a cigar, or marijuana, is, of course, going to come with long-term health risks.
I'd buy it.
Not using it *_ever._*
