My only issue is this right here. The Federal Reserve claims they don't work for the government, so who do they answer to the American people? Or to another nation? Where is their allegiance? I don't like big government. I feel they don't care about retail investors ...
It's not the Fed's job to care for retail investors and have allegiances to anyone - they are independent. Their job is to keep the economy steady i.e. employment (under 5% unemployed), inflation (2-3%) and nothing else - they are tied to their data and projections.
A lot of the inflation we experienced was from the Fed keeping rates too low for too long (some was from supply chain disruption, and some from price gouging). Forcing rates lower in NOT the answer. I don't love Powell, and I don't love the Fed Reserve, but forcing rates lower would inflate the bubble and ultimately lead to the largest crash we've ever seen.
If you get anything here it's to have patience. People think this is a Casino and want Traders gains. Unless you want to put in the time and hard work it takes to be a Trader, then expect to wait for your gains.
