I was born there that is the neighborhood we lived in the 80s before we moved to Toronto. Was known as the street for shoes. So sad this is what has become of it . My family has beautiful memories in Neve Sha’anan
A friend of mine back in 94 who lived in the north of England at the time was just getting into a heroin addiction, he was 19 at the time and went on holiday to Tel Aviv, or he was traveling around, I'm not sure, but he purchased some gear over there and ended up overdosing and losing his life, apparently the gear is very strong in that part of the world, there's been a huge problem with H, there's also a documentary on here about some vigilante groups raiding drug dealers houses and giving out some of their own punishment, pretty hardcore too, but they just go for dealers, and give them a stern warning to say the least, and rightly so. RIP Ben ❤
missed that place Neve Shanan i used to live in that area when i was still there wayback 2004 i enjoyed my stay for almost 8 yrs there in Tel Aviv,Israel and Jerusalem too bad to see that place become like that this time.

they have nothing to do about it. theyre violent and do not want to be bothered. the city evacuates every druggy to the southern part of tlv (neve shaanan), instead of taking care of it they hide it. or try to hide it anyways..
I scored heroin in Neve Sha'anan when I was visiting Tel Aviv in 2018. I was disappointed with the quality.
i remember hearing about it back in 2018.. when you think. what exactly the government is doing... ill say they helping get it in. to make a black market profit. because its never enough is it.

Does the Heroin come from Arab countries?? I've been told by Lebanese people in Dearborn Michigan but there's a lot of heroin in Lebanon and I know Iran supposed to have the most junkies of any place in the world for capita.
