Unreal talk! Well done team. I think one of your last points really hit home for me. Using Closeread to articulate the central insights of analysis to key decision makers is just a great use case. I've built a couple of dashboards that I am super proud of (and many 'meh' ones too), but unfortunately they get used a couple of times and then forgotten. The cogitative load on the user to re-learn how the dashboard works is a real barrier I find. Something like Closeread can walk a user through the key points each time, and drop them off at a point where they have enough information, or they can launch into your dashboard armed with the knowledge on how to understand it. Just unreal. Quarto is such a powerful tool, congrats on all of those involved!
