hey case, you were wondering about what happens if you get caught: when you get caught, you have to convince the officer to not take you in, otherwise you’ll get arrested and your run is over. convincing the neighborhood watch is harder than convincing the citizens, so you’ve gotta amp the manipulation up to a 23. if you successfully convince the officer, he’ll let you go, but on a last chance basis. you can get caught by any other officer then EXCEPT the one who just caught you. if you get caught by the same officer twice, it’s an immediate game over with no chance to explain.
