    It's nice to see that u are organised...but sorry to say..u have 2 grown up children, they came make their own pre workout toast and lime juice...they can water the plants and help with dusting...u have washed their clothes..but they can sort and fold their own clothes... being a perfect woman dies not mean doing all the household work by urself...it's also about making ur children self sufficient...having ur spouse contribute equally in a few household chores

      Came here to say the same. If they help around they won’t even need the gym for exercise. This is a very bad thing among our Indian families,later the kids suffer when they live on their own or get married, be it boy or girl. I have seen this issues among my cousins

    I always inspire by u. I also start to wake up at 4:30 am. I do Household chores with time table like u. I m learning so much from u.i do workout, coaching, manage home with time management. Thank u.

    Same pinch mam.. I wake up at 4 and start my yoga by 4.30..its been 6 months am doing this routine.. Yes it feels heavenly to start a day..

    I also want to do all work of my home aur jitna hota hai krti bhi hoo but meri health theek nahi hai kuch saalo se to bahot jyada kaam krne se jyada tired ho jati hoo. Ma'am agar hum morning me yoga n meditation nahi kr paye to evening me kab tk kr skte hai aur kitna time gap hona chahiye lunch aur yoga me..Plz guide 🙏🙏

Aur uske baad se regular recipe videos upload kr raha hu ...       Different people say different things..what suits you, good for you..yogis get up at 3am and start doing yog at3:30 or4 so anything which keeps you fit and energetic wo aap kabhi bhi kar sakte hai😊

    Great routine! I too am trying to start my day early. After first few minutes of struggle trying to get up; things pick up pace. Hopefully I will make it a habit and get more organized.
    Wanted to let you know that while I support products that say they plant trees or any other green initiative; I think it’s also required that we plant trees ourselves. In 1980s when govt supported the similar initiatives- much of the funds were misused and a fraction of the funds were used to plant trees.
    Read somewhere that a human being consumes oxygen from 30 trees in a lifetime. I am aiming to atleast plant 30 per family member and may be some extra if I can.

    Don't take me otherwise, but aren't your children and husband participate in household chores? Why can't they make their own breakfast? Isn't it their duty to do their jobs by themselves, especially when they are grown up and not small anymore.My husband is a doctor, work more than 16 hours a day, but still participate as much as possible in household chores, like making morning coffee, making bed, folding and ironing clothes is his department, my son is just 3 years old but I have already started teaching him to organize his toys and books, don't understand why don't most of the Indian women distribute works between other family members

    Mam please don't mind per sabke liye alag alag breakfast bnana ye sahi nahi hai....make some healthy food for all... And please don't do all the household work alone ... share responsibilities...
    Even both of your kids do their personal work by themselves....like clothes organization...room cleaning etc..

    When you were cooking for children according to different diets, I wondered how much you worked! Like I want to be on a diet too but my mom won't let me cook since she thinks I would eat less or I wouldn't be full after eating whatever I cook, it's hard to diet but even now and then I either cook for the whole family or I would prepare my breakfast previous night like oatmeal.

    Loved the video. How you take care of your hands, bcoz I also do all house cleaning on my own but I notice my hands are getting bad, inspite of moisturizing them regularly. Do you sleep in afternoon. Thanks again. Keep posting beautiful content as always.💯
