In manpower services bid, buyer can restrict the participant of bidder. As per FAQ of GeM portal that buyer can restrict the participants upto 100 so pl help me in this matter to restrict the participant upto 100. Pl reply.

GeM se product itna high rate par kyo kharide jate hai. Market rate se 10 times rate par. Ye kya chakkar hota hai.
Please report such products in gem portal and establish rate reasonability for order placement.
