  • Do you have someone in your corner? You know, that person who can both cheer you on yet also call you out on your business? That role shouldn’t be for many people in your life, but when you find that trustworthy someone, they are to be treasured for sure.
My guest for this episode is one of those people. Chanda Stegall, THE friend of The Sister Circle Team, joins me on the podcast to share about the power of community in her own life and how even when your experiences and passions feel random, you just have to keep going. “You don’t have to know today how it will work out tomorrow. Just do what’s in front of you today.”

I’ll be 43 in a few weeks. I resigned my position of 10years teaching ( 22 years as a classroom teacher). Now I’m ready to pivot and need to hear more of these conversations as I find my way to my Becky passion project (career/opportunity). I’m sure God will bring us all to victory!❤

This session was amazing! I AM CHANDA! I have so many gifts and talents, yet I feel so off balanced and unfocused. I’m extremely afraid of success and failure equally! This challenge has become paralyzing 😢. Through this segment I have discovered the missing link, COMMUNITY! Thank you both for helping me identify this.❤
I’m definitely going to follow Chanda! 😘

Oh girl, I so understand the multi-passions and the winding road of how you get to where God has you going. This really reasonates with me!

Chrystal would make an awesome coach, the questions she asks 😮, you took her out of her comfort, asked her uncomfortable but necessary questions in a safe space where there is no judgment. We need more of such space as godly women because we suffer in silence ❤

It took me a while to comment on this, but Chanda was my roommate in college. She's ALWAYS been phenomenal! I'm so glad that she was available to do this! So funny, faith-filled and full of gifts!!! Yay!

Oh 😮my 😮very 😮goodness😮...she is me, I am she...i didn't know there was anyone else who feels the way, and sees things the way I do. I do sincerely pray to recieve some encouragement from this interview. I will say that being a "multi-passionate" person, sometimes feels like you never finish. When you see others finishing, it can feel a bit discouraging. Fr fr
When Sis Crystal is asking the questions, my heart is beating fast and I feel like I'm the hot seat...🥵...."safer thing to do" 🙋🏿🙋🏿🙋🏿🙋🏿🙋🏿 oh my goodness ..she's in my head.
P.S. I nap because as a creative, I need time to decompress in order for my ideas to flow. AND the Holy Spirit has definitely my helper!

Chanda you are doing program development and/or project management. That’s an office role. That’s big and pays very well. You can in assess, plan, train, assign, implement and then it’s up to them. You remain connected as a consultant only after that or periodic evaluator to see how it’s working. Great job

is Chanda an ISFJ person (16 personalities - MBTI)? that is what an ISFJ person is naturally doing: to help others, to make sure that everyone is in a good condition, to not let anybody get hurt. For sure, i feel the same struggle and also the same passion Chan 🤍
