It was very helpful for me because I am growing up above
My first bra was actually a cheap bra and it was not so good quality but i still used it..I never really liked wearong bra because they seem uncomfortable..to me Later i also tried sports bra but i didnt like those either..sooo i also didnt use removable padded bra's at first but now i feel like those are actually better option here are a few reasons why i feel that way..
1) we have the option to remove the padding if needed or use those paddings later
2) sometimes in some situations when you wear a bra it shows your chest shape (uneven shape) which i feel is kind of awkward so if you use a padded bra it can save you from showing uneven shapes
Extra point
if you decide to get a padded bra try getting a fit size but not too loose because it can make your chest look a bit bigger than how it actually is and it might look weird..
I also prefer bralette's They are also comfertable but i dont know if bralette's are suitable for big chests you can search up or try it tho..

I feel like she wants her children to feel comfortable and gives them choices in what type of bra they want but I think that she wants them to get ones with removable padding so that they can take it out until they grow and then be able to add them and move on when they are ready

i’m 11 and my mom bought me crop top underwear bra things and i’m embarrassed too wear them idk what too do
I use to have those don’t wear them if you don’t need them but if you want u can and depending on ur size they might support u and help

I think maybe start wearing one once a week, and gradually start wearing them more! It may be a bit embarrassing at first but no one will see them, and as you get older, your definitely gonna need some support, so it's a good habit to get into 💗
