Honda S2000 Bumper Tab Fix

If your plastic bumper covers are torn, your bumper will bulge at the sides making things look busted. This video shows you have to repair these bumper covers with a simple plastic welding kit available at Harbor Freight. Upon re-installation make sure you are gentle with the bumper cover, get another person to support the other side and slide it carefully into place, it's easy to refracture them. It fits well. If I were to do it again I would reinforce both top and bottom with the wire mesh. It's a one time deal, once you mount the bumper cover onto the car, don't move it around otherwise the repair will crack. I would say this is a temporary fix, I eventually converted with some AP2 bumper covers which were never damaged.
