A full list of all 24 outposts and 4 fortresses can be found below. All fortresses were liberated before killing any of Pagan's lieutenants to maximize the challenge of liberating them without being detected.

Best technique I've found is silent sniper rifle, hand crossbow and the hunting syringe to show enemy. Shoot out alarms from a distance with rifle and if a clean shot enemies, then go in with hand bow and knife

i enter the outpost only when last 3 enemies remain. rest all i kill from outside by circling the area due to minefield bombs planted and reinforcements

Maybe it's because Far Cry 4 was the first in the series I played...I don't understand the hate for it. This was such a fun game and was so easy to become immersed in the world of Kyrat. Highly entertaining

The mask/helmet only protects from frontal attacks.
Also the game considers its stealth saying 1/24 outposts stealth
Its undetected tho but its almost the same so ok

Does anyone know if in 2017 if you've not liberated two outposts undetected by end game, can the reset option allow you to do it, like the patch in Far Cry 3? I have my platinum in Far Cry 3 and Far Cry Primal, and would love this one too.

On the mission when you have to kidnapped de plaure I escaped the compound without getting shot once
@clockner did that entire mission with complete stealth, killed every soldier, and (obviously) was never spotted or took any damage

LEGENDARY CARNAGE I like the Recurve Bow more.
If you want to shoot fast but quietly choose a silence assault rifle/SMG. If you want to shoot accurately and silently choose the bow.

CowSlayer49 auto cross makes more noise than bow.
Neither of them make noise, period. You can shoot a crossbow right over an enemy's head, no noise.

Well I understand that aiming with control isn't as easy as mouse but man it's possible so if you could do this without the aim assist it would be better, also stealthy means no one sees you nor the bodies so this is undetected not stealth and next time try to do everything by yourself and not making the wild animals do half the job.
