I would say both cards are fair. Block seems busted, but o LCSs or Invitationals were won by it. Gumblar was more successful, but for today's standards discarding something your opponent might use anyway by discarding something you might want to use just doesn't seem that broken. Amazin, sure. Broken, I don't see it.

I've never been so happy we're able to play Nibiru in a 14 hand trap package as I have been watching this video, Adamancipater format was actually one of my favourites because I rarely ever had any match that looked like this one.
My instincts initially told me to vote for Dark Warrior, but I figured Adamancipator could have the slight advantage with the side deck, as well as block dragon being a thing so I swapped my vote after some thought. Dark Warrior is a degenerate deck and I’m glad to see it lose lol
Finallly was waiting so long for tthissss. Good game. The side deck of adamancipator is a little weird but im glad it atleast has 2 ashes to interact with a Maxx C from pepe
Hey Lithium! Thank you so much for choosing a better Adamancipator build! I'm still kinda triggered because of STILL no Buster Lock, But still thanks Lithium 😅
Because youll only negate the search effect. Since they havent used the summon effect from deck they can make another isolde and still use that since its a new copy of isolde. She is not negated anymore. (Her search effect obviously is due to imperm)
Because he could have a extender to make another Isolde and use effect 2 (the effect that you want to negate), since she is USE each effect once per turn if you negate effect 2 on the first Isolde your opponent cant use it again if he makes another
El primer juego es Dark Warrior en su máximo esplendor. Está claro que es difícil que pase de ronda Rhongo por la cantidad de handtraps que tienen los demás, sobre todo, Nibiru.
Why synchros have those draw 1 card eff on them? Like formula, Coral, 3 stardust monsters Dark warrior only become succesfull engine due to their search and draw power from those intermediate synchros No other ED mechanic is so fixated on draw 1
Amazing match. Also goes to show how great best of 5 is. I'm really sad that Adamancipators were unsuccessful. In theory, they were amazing, but only one LCS finals and a few Invitational finals without winning any. Maybe it was because lcs is still smaller (even though they have the highest calibre of players) or because it's best of 3 instead of 5 or maybe the deck is just not that good. Siding for it is not an excuse because people sided for VW, DL, SS, Orucst or Rescue Cat back in the day and those decks still won events. Anyway, I hope they will at least win this cup.
it's because they were so polarizing they forced every deck that wasn't Ads to play tons of handtraps maindeck & Ads couldn't play lots of handtraps but still usually lost going second vs both mirror & other Halq decks, even when Ads started to see a lot of play they got soft countered by FTK Dragonlink who took advantage of their relative lack of handtraps, & longer events wouldn't have favoured them more, it provides more chances to end up x-3 through bad luck vs an entire field that either is your deck or is full of hate for your deck, don't get me wrong, Ads are an incredible deck & warped the format around them, but they were never being tier zero with the cardpool then. If they'd gotten big events when they were less known I'd assume they could have won some, they did win a lot of online events.
Ouch! Hand traps are the killer of Rhongo Bongo. Meanwhile Adamancipator sees hand traps and goes, "Meh." Rhongo combo is amazing if you pull it off, but Gumblar is pretty if Block Dragon is in hand. It doesn't help the opponent gets to choose which cards go to the graveyard. Going with X-Sabers 3-1 in the next match. More consistent and the Gottoms loop can really hurt Reasoning Gate.
Personally thought the buster lock variant was better cuz there were a fair amount of ppl who used dark ruler to break adamancipator boards. Buster also forced the opponent to side in things like cosmic which is horrible in the matchup
Imo the Gouki version of Rhongo Bongo was way stronger, you didn't have to rely on getting to Arma, you could play 40 cards, and you consistently hit 6 material Rhongo
