Well...the house is nice in many aspects and I don't mind dated furnishes but it's how it's done. It seems so crowded in some areas and sparse in others.

Spectacular home, really love the pool area. Some of the sitting area for some of the bedrooms are wasted space though
The outside of the house does not match the inside. Definitely needs to be brought into this century. Needs only a few pieces of furniture with updated cabinetry and appliances. But if they do that, they will probably want more for it.
This house needs to be done all over bad tast not good for 14000 us

Very over priced out dated home, but I guess someone will like such taste. This would not be to my liking. I would but the whole building and start again for my taste. To busy also, but outside is beautiful I can not lie. Well done though.☹️💯🇬🇧🇯🇲🤗

The outside is just gorgeous. The inside is beautiful too just need to declutter a bit and replace the overly ornate chairs that make it feel a bit like a museum.

the furniture is super dated, the curtains aren't cute.... can't be asking so much for something that looks so boring.

The home looks good, property seems well maintained, however for that price it needs to be fully upgraded and brought into the 21st century.
Attractive outdoors, but interiors were generally underwhelming , a problem many imposing houses have in the island. Spacious and comfortable, it will be convenient for some clients.
Beautiful house,but for me can you also post Sq ft of home because saying lot sizes I think that means the land the house is built on and not the size of the houses/homes

With that price, should expect all modern appliances. The kitchen fridge should be built-in with Morden kitchen units. Also no need fir kettle. Should have instant boiled hot water from modern sink ( Special taps)
Can you do a tour of norbrook I'm planning and moving but only to somewhere in kingston thats family orientated and safe or any good ans secure community I'm just fascinates with norbrook thats all
Property could do with a renovation/interior redesign. Guess the price was computed at US$67 per room a night. Owner must be annoyed that a little 1 bdr apt going for US$150 per night and so wants his 14k / month.🤣

Seems a rather spectacular living space with very busy tones, fantastic views and fabulous architecture indeed.
Could be a very lively video but Poorly narrated with to many "mis-steps"....eg. standing shower,view of the mountain, you have,and how about.

This is definitely overpriced. Given the area i definitely think there is an opportunity to fetch a high price. Maybe not 14k but 5k at most based on the space and it be furnished. What is interesting to me is that for such a beautiful home the furniture and appliances are decades old.
Does seem a bit over priced, but when you compare it to a 1 bedroom AirBnB that goes for atleast $100 per day or 2 bedroom for $150, and in most cases they do not offer pool and/or sauna, an 11 ensuite bedroom house for 14K is not that bad
Almost every house listed in jamaica is over priced, they do not have a good valuation metrics system, its just a matter of who can afford the listing thats it, in the US most properties are priced based on the comps. Within a 1 mile radius, and how much the appraisal compares to what was sold not what is asking for, if it is grossly overpriced the bank will not give you the loan.
In jamaica I have no idea who value these properties.

Nothing wrong with a lot of seating. Placement and size are inconsistent with the spaces. I'm no interior designer but I see where, staged better, this house could make a buck or 2.
There's also no flow of energy/consistency from one area to the next. I appreciate the presenter for showing it though.
I think hoteliers in Barbados have a better understanding than Jamaican hoteliers of the standard of furniture guests paying top dollar expect to see. The furniture at this property looks more like that made and designed by local craftsmen more so than furniture designed by award winning international designers..
Mr Hill that is your opinion, expert you may be. At exquisite furniture/furnishing. Having spent a night or two in hotels in London, Wales, Germany, Italy Switzerland and other countries. It is my humble opinion that Jamaicas craft mencan satisfy the need of our hoteliers and are comparable to what I have seen abroad.
