      Thanks John. I plan to do a lot more Komodo videos over the coming months. I have a kitchen in the garden with the KK and I think it will be great filming videos there in Summer 😀

    I thought u owned a metallic bronze 32 big bad? Do u own two 32's?

      Hey Rick, I let the bronze one go to a friend. The Blue Pebble was a better fit for its new home. Love both styles 😀

      Sure am. Just finishing off some 40 day dry aged porterhouse (strip) steaks at the moment. Absolutely delicious. I think it’s 3 years old now and have never skipped a beat 😀😀

      Recently I did a 30 day dry aged pork butt..... The pulled pork was absolutely fantastic.

      @@HectorsSmokeHouse it is worth the time..... I'm actually trying to figure out how to loop it into competitions ..... The dry aging actually takes away the subtle sour swinneyness of pork and developed an almost nutty flavor.
