Good question 😊 I did the test in English, but all driving lessons from instructor were in Chinese (maybe there are some places do it in English but that should be expensive). English version has like around 1000 questions each time and in the test is 100, you hve to pass at least 90. Btw Chinese driving license has 4 tests, I felt second one was most difficult one when you hve to drive and show your skills in super accurate way cause there is no instructor but computer tu count you all distances in cm from the road and time, third test also not easy fighting with computer. And first one and last one are writing tests. I did mechanical not automatic car test, so it was even harder. But I made it ❤❤❤ so happy
