- Euclid, ESA's space mission, has revealed through its first observations unprecedented capabilities, opening new perspectives on our Galaxy and the nearby Universe thanks to its two giant cameras operating from optical to near-infrared. From star-forming regions to globular clusters, including the Local Group of galaxies and massive clusters, Euclid's first scientific results cover a wide range. The main mission, lasting 6 years, will mark a crucial step in our understanding of the dark Universe, also promising scientific advances at all scales and distances of the Universe. A conference by Jean Charles Cuillandre, researcher at the Institut astrophysique de Paris
