I always press all the notes in the score except for the tempo-related instructions when practicing the piano. I especially expressed all the trills in this practice. However, I did not capture the dynamics. And I did not capture the tempo-related instructions. The Bach Sinfonias I have have the original scores with a brief publisher's note. I read that note just before practicing each Sinfonia. On a slightly different note, I was thinking about the genius of the great Russian pianist Sviatoslav Teofilovich Richter in recording the complete Bach The Well-Tempered Clavier during this practice, and why the great Canadian pianist Glenn Herbert Gould mumbles when he plays Bach's works. I think it may be that he is telling himself where he is going so as not to get lost in the many songs going on at the same time in Bach's works. Thank you!😅🎹🎼🎵🎶
