Kniddelen is a type of dumpling and originates from Luxembourg. Luxembourg is one of the smallest countries in the world yet the second richest. It lies in Western Europe. My friend ‪@jeromemergen‬ decided to teach us how to make this traditional dish.

Ich aus Unterfranken kenne das als Löffelspatzen( Löffelspätzle) mit Speck oder Sauerkraut oder oder, ist ein altes Rezept und wird nur noch selten bei uns gekocht. Ich mache mir gerne mal die Arbeit das zu Kochen. Beim Teig so kenne ich das von meiner Uroma und meiner Oma und Mutter wird es nicht mit einen Schneebesen gemacht, sonder mit einen Holzkochlöffel und der Teig wird so lange geschlagen bis er Blasen wirft dann ist er Perfekt. Macht aber jeder etwas anders. Aber schön zu sehen das das Rezept auch wo anders gibt. Schönes Video , erinnert mich an meine Kindheit wie ich das Kochen gelernt habe.Liebe Grüße Hannes.
