The sweater was essentially an extension of my raglan guide but adding random drop stitch rows!! you should be able to find a quick drop stitch tutorial in the shorts tab on my channel! I don't know if I'll do a whole video on it since it's the same as the regular raglan but maybe a shorter video in the future on it! :)
For the bloomers, you could always do like a stretchy "leg garter" type thing with the lace that you can wear around the hem of the bloomers whenever you want. That way it's not permanent.

I traced a pair of shorts that I owned!! you could trace a pair of shorts that you like the fit of :) the fabric i’m not sure what it’s called but it’s some kind of fake shirring that gives it texture! I want to find some more so i’ll let you know what it’s called if I find out ☺️

I think it's called "embroidery applique" so try looking up that!!! or also just "attaching fabric embroidery" hope this helps! :)

I thrifted it so I'm not sure where it's from :( but key words would be some type of striped 4-way stretch knit! hope this helps
