When you sleep, the brain paralyzes your body so you dont actually walk or run or do things that you are dreaming about... but due to some reasons such as not having enough sleep, we sometimes experience "sleep paralysis,,were by the brain wakes up but the body doesn't... kind of like the body forgets to wake the body up. And during this period we experience hallucinations,, you see things that aren't really there 😊

Anyways so I drank first nuh and then the Oshikundu was bussing man then I gave her the cup to pour for the next person and guys hold and behold when she stirred the Oshikundu neh a whole red underwear pops up😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭yoh I wanted to faint my goodness I cried there and then. A whole underwear. And the worst part is she didn't even say anything she just stood there looking at me like "???" Yoh.
So when we got home i told my grandmother the situations and apparently some people do that do attract customers or like to keep customers. Like they practice weird stuff for their businesses to do well.
sleep paralysis? these are demons! the only way to get rid of these is through prayer. the name of Jesus Christ is so powerful & herefore these things are scared of it which is why they leave when you pray or scream the name of Jesus. ITS NOT YOUR IN YOUR MIND! IT IS THE TRUTH!
