Pally that first hit in the Cerberus fight actually is your knuckle trinket
Pally man, you got that hammer boon for your omega special to use against bosses and never used it once you could have stacked that so fuckin high against cerebus it's crazy
I was waiting for it, like couple thousand maybe...
And if I remembered correctly, only his special deal blitz and his 3 pomegranate is used to upgrade blitz damage. Seems only near end of Chronos fight did he start using his blitz
Picking the Demeter attack boon over Poseidon on Sister Blades is wild. Your base attack does 20 dmg + 40% from Demeter is 28 dmg, with Poseidon it would be 20+30 so 50 and the added AOE is absolutely insane on the blades. You should definitely give the Poseidon melee boon a chance on the blades, it carried me to my first Chronos kill.
Pally got stuck in his old ways of backstabbing 😂 and forgetting he has other boons.
Pally, to obtain bronze, you first need to craft shadow. It's available at the boiling pot, in the second tab with the green bowl with a pestle.

That burst damage on the initial hit on cebrerus was insane
Demeter wasn't bad mouthing Poseidon, she was bad mouthing the edges of his realm that even he avoids

52:30 missed some armor
So I also denied total eclipse BUT when I took it I found out that it gets an upgrade that places your cast in it, slowing everyone, it gets more meteors and it’s all around great
The time stop moon ability has a skill you can take that destroys projectiles so it is still good for chronos.
This playstyle reminds me of subtlety rogue in wow. Fan of knives, backstab and death from above. Very cool

He got hit by everything. He still has a ways to go.
Pally, use the shadow extraction formula to make the item you need for the gate to the surface where you can get bronze.
Maybe bronze comes from the surface and not down in hell? Try heading up instead of down next time.
He can't. He needs to craft shadow. The odds of that happening are slim, since the game doesn't point the player in that direction and Pally doesn't look at anything without a yellow ! mark over it.
I know you tend to do these in batches but I thought you should know they released a new patch for Hades II today.
They buffed the flames so that they're faster but kinda nerfed the Special of them.
And they changed the Special of the axe so there's even less wind up time.

So, how long do you think it will take Pally to realize that big burst damage he deals at the start of the Cerberus fight is because of Knuckle Bones?

You can get 3 death defies with cards, 1 with pets, 1 with trinkets, and 1 from Hermes' legendary boon. Other than that you can get refills from the shops you find in normal rooms, and you can refill all of the ones you lost with Narcissus (as far as I recall).
You should also keep an eye out when you get Selune the moon goddess. Her boons have three tiers, new moon, half moon, and full moon. The fuller the moon, the more upgrades you get when you get her after that.
Echo also has a refill, and there's one you can get from Chaos's legendary boon.
Ive been wondering about a build centered around the staff's orbiting special. I think it would be effective against Chronos to sit back and spam orbit.

I'm surprised that chat hasn't told him that Knuckle Bones is the burst damage at the beginning of a boss fight and not him.

On another note, that Omega attack Demeter boon at 32:29 in combination with the Backstab you had previously will be insane, I feel like... :O
You should really prioritize the first thing in the cauldron and get the shadow via extraction asap...gonna be blown away what's next

I whish this game had a clearer indication of what will take up a boon slot and what won't, because I don't see it until after the selection. (The replacement is pretty clear of course)
If it mentions one of your moves specifically (attack, special, cast, dash) and doesn’t mention omega, it usually takes up a slot. Exceptions are Hermes and Daedalus

I think you wasted that triple pomegranate, the circle lightning consistently did 450 dmg, andthe "curse" only did half of that when you remebered to use it.
Gonna skip out of respect for sirens being too quiet. Heheh

seems zues just makes anything better, but eating chronos dashes each time and then dashing into other things... oof. glgl
Zeus is really good. The only boon of his I actively avoid is his mana regen. The -70% total mana for not that much regen is just not worth it.
On the positive side of things, did a Zeus special run with the staff yesterday. Was doing over the 120 threshold for blitz with every special attack and the blitz itself doing about 280 damage. As you can spam out specials on the staff like candy it was insanely good.
@@gharn2594 The mana regen at the cost of max, is good if you have boons that activate while on low mana. Of course, it is very specialized.
Although yes you did better. You still lost way to much health trying to omega cast. Just constructive criticism
