This game has the most colourful and personality filled roster of characters Iv seen everything about them reflects their personalities from their cars to their outfits to even their running animation and how the games theme switches slightly to fit their character

How does the game look great, but the characters are awful? The characters practically are the game. In my opinion, most of them are pretty good. I can say this after I've actually played each and every character at least once.
