I’ve only been in bogota for 2 days now and I haven’t went around much besides places in Suba

I've never been to Suba yet. I have a friend that lives out there but she says it's more residential. If you want fine dining/partying you have to go to parque 93/Zona Rosa. Chapinero is also a good balance between residential areas and decent food/nightlife.
