I wish there would not be so much greed by the lennar. If you research the cost of these 3 d prints most come in at $40 a square foot. That's concrete pad, all the walls, spray insulation, all plumbing and wiring. The other $60 a foot (max) is Windows, doors, appliances, roof and shingles etc. So a 2500 sq foot should be $250,000. Otherwise what is the point of saving all the labor ( up to 7 trades at minimum $25 an hour)
Prices must come down significantly, 400k is out of range. With this technology there is no reason you cant get the price to 200k to 250k with the time saved on building. The average time to complete a house is 4 months at the most. With such smart technology and advancement in this feild no need to take advantage of the public.
You need to own the printers in all materials to fabricate at cost of raw materials this can make you (owners of the machines) the equivalent of billionaires buy printing any part in any assembly total custom at cost of raw materials. You can crowd source purchase of the best printers current on the market. 15 or 20 printers with scanners and recycling will serve 250 to 300 people. The model is repeatable. Yey check this out!

reducing construction cost, yet still selling for 400k-500k? hmmm, scratching my head...
