The gamera from the first figure we saw is i think bandais movie monster series line (MMS) they have different versions of the same line of different sizes i believe
The swarm of gyaos first appeared in Gamera guardian of the universe 1995 and gamera revenge of Iris 1999 there was also a swarm in Gamera rebirth in the original Gamera versus Gyaos there was only one plus a couple movies later there was space gyaos but gamera never faught
