@@thundercheif2007 maybe, it’s a plausible theory but unlikely due to despite only needing one kidney to survive and live the second kidney still has a significant use and that’s for adrenaline storage and production, adrenaline and endorphins are important to quirks in how they activate. You know stress induced awakening and stuff like that? It’s just my thoughts though
I dont know if it's just me, but out of ALL of the what ifs I've read and listened to, starwars, bleach, JL, naruto, dmc, halo even the fucking one warhammer story ive read none try so little as my hero what ifs. There are Quite a few bad and really bad what ifs involving those I've mentioned but almost all of them at least from my experience try with thier stories and wanna give some feel even if i think it sucks dog water, I've rarely come across a my hero what if that i enjoyed that gave their story soke sort of care. There are some, just no where as many as the others ivr experienced, and it baffles me.
So basically Deku here is as strong and as fast as his 20+% one for all enhanced Canon self without one for all. With one for all he’s completely overpowered compared to his 120% canon self.

for two years of been trying to look for what ifs like this and I've only been finding mid what ifs because nobody knew what Warhammer was and now everyone wants to do Warhammer what ifs because of space marine 2 I'm not complaining it's just I'm very frustrated with the popularity of Warhammer now that space marine two is out. I mean nobody even knew what warhammer 40k was and now everyone wants to get into it
